Terms of service

The service

Vyra Labs makes creative content with AI tools, directed and edited by our team. Plans set a monthly volume of creatives, a turnaround, revision rounds and format coverage, as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Production for a billing cycle starts once payment is received. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, and changes apply from your next cycle.

Unused creatives

On Collection and Atelier, unused creatives roll over once to the next billing cycle, then expire. On Capsule, unused creatives expire at the end of each cycle. Expired creatives aren't refunded.

Pausing and cancelling

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and you won't be charged again. You can pause a plan for up to one month per year. Creatives already in production when you cancel are finished and delivered.

Free sample

A free sample is one creative per brand, offered at our discretion and subject to monthly capacity. You may use it on your own organic channels. Paid advertising use requires an active plan.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to share the products, logos, photos and other materials you send us, and you let us use them only to make your creatives.

Ownership and usage rights

Once a creative is delivered and paid for, we assign to you all rights we hold in it, and you may use it worldwide, without time limit, for any lawful purpose. Some jurisdictions don't grant copyright in material generated by AI, so we can't guarantee you exclusive legal protection against third parties copying it.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show delivered work in our portfolio and on our social channels after it has been published by you.

Likeness and consent

We create synthetic people by default. We only depict a real, identifiable person if you provide their written consent covering AI use. We won't imitate public figures or anyone who hasn't agreed.

AI disclosure and your responsibilities

You're responsible for how and where you publish creatives, including any AI labels or disclosures required by platforms or law, and for the accuracy of claims made about your products.

What we won't make

We decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or sexualized, depicts minors in any unsafe context, or infringes someone else's rights.

Revisions and acceptance

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds per creative. A creative is accepted when you approve it, or 10 business days after delivery if you send no notes. Changes to the original brief count as a new creative.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or ad spend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
