This policy explains what personal data Vyra Labs collects through vyralabs.online, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Vyra Labs LLC runs vyralabs.online and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at hello@vyralabs.online.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work you ask for.
- Booking details: your name, email, chosen time and any notes you add when you book a call.
- Brief details: your name, email, brand, website, service interest, plan interest, timeline, brief and any file link you share.
- Email: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address and referring site, collected in aggregate by our analytics provider.
- Security data: signals used to block spam, such as a bot check result and your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to your brief or booking and prepare for your call.
- To make, deliver and invoice the creatives you order.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
- To understand which pages help visitors, in aggregate.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you send a brief, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Your brand materials
Product photos, references and brand files you share are used only to make your creatives. We don't publish them, share them with other clients or use them to train AI models.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and booking details for 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vyralabs.online and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell current clients by email.
