Questions brands ask before they sign
Straight answers on quality, rights, turnaround and plans. If yours isn't here, ask it on a call.
Quality
Will people be able to tell it's made with AI?
Most viewers won't, because we fix the details that usually give AI away: skin texture, hands, fabric movement, product labels and light that doesn't match the scene. We check every frame before you see it. If a shot still looks off to you, that's a revision, not something you have to accept.
Who actually makes the work?
A small team of art directors and editors, not an automated prompt queue. AI generates the raw frames. People choose the casting, light, framing and edit, and they reject most of what the tools produce. That judgment is what you're paying for, and it's why the output stays consistent from month to month.
How do you keep our products and brand accurate?
We work from your real product photos and a visual DNA board you approve before production. Every creative is checked against both for color, logos, proportions and styling. If a detail is hard to reproduce, such as fine print or complex hardware, we tell you before we start and agree how to handle it.
Rights and safety
Who owns the creatives you make?
Your brand does. Once a creative is delivered and paid for, we transfer to you every right we hold in it, so you can use it worldwide with no time limit: organic posts, paid ads, your site, marketplaces and print. Some countries don't grant copyright to purely AI-generated material, which can limit stopping copycats but never your own use.
Do we have to disclose that content is AI-generated?
Sometimes, and it depends on the platform and the country. Meta and TikTok label realistic AI-generated content, and some regions require disclosure in advertising. We flag which of your creatives are likely to need a label. The final call sits with you and your legal advisor, because your brand is the one publishing.
Can you use a real person's face or likeness?
Only with that person's written consent. By default we cast original synthetic models who don't resemble any real person. If you want your founder, an ambassador or a signed model to appear, they sign a release that covers AI use, and we work from footage they provide. We turn down requests to imitate celebrities.
How do you keep the content brand-safe?
Every creative passes a human review before it reaches you. We check for distorted bodies, stray logos or text, cultural and religious missteps, and anything that could read as offensive or misleading. We don't use other brands' marks, real celebrities or copyrighted characters, and we follow the ad rules of each platform you run on.
Working together
What do we need to send you?
A short brief, clear photos of your products, and links to your website and social accounts. Past campaigns you like, brand guidelines, fonts and logo files help, but they're optional for a first creative. Share a link to a folder rather than attachments, and we'll tell you on the call if anything is missing.
How fast is turnaround?
Most creatives arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your plan: 7 on Capsule, 5 on Collection and 3 on Atelier. Your first month adds 2 business days for the visual DNA board. Revision rounds come back within 2 business days, and Atelier launches get a priority queue.
How many revisions do we get?
Every plan includes set revision rounds per creative: 2 on Capsule, 3 on Collection and 4 on Atelier. A round is one combined set of notes, left on the frame or timestamp in your review link. A change to the original brief, like a new product or concept, counts as a new creative rather than a revision.
Which formats and platforms do you deliver for?
We deliver in four aspect ratios: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, 4:5 for Instagram and Facebook feeds, 1:1 for carousels and marketplaces, and 16:9 for YouTube, websites and screens. Each ratio is reframed on purpose, not cropped from one master. Video arrives as MP4 and stills as high-resolution JPG or PNG.
How do we communicate, and which time zone are you in?
We work by email and a private review link, with a monthly planning call on Collection and Atelier. The studio is remote, works Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 GMT and replies within 1 business day. Atelier clients also get a shared chat channel for launches and quick questions.
Plans and billing
What happens to creatives we don't use in a month?
On Collection and Atelier, unused creatives roll over to the next month once, then expire. On Capsule, your volume resets each billing cycle. If you know a quiet month is coming, you can pause your plan for up to one month instead, so nothing you've paid for goes to waste.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, plans run month to month with no minimum term. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Anything already in production that month is still finished and delivered, and you keep full rights to every creative you've received and paid for.
Is the free sample actually free?
Yes, it costs nothing and needs no payment details. We make one creative for your brand, a film up to 10 seconds or a set of 3 stills, and you can post it on your own organic channels. We accept a limited number of sample briefs each month and review them in the order they arrive.
Is it a fit
Which industries do you work with?
We work mostly with fashion, beauty, jewelry, apparel, footwear and lifestyle brands, and the agencies that serve them. Those are categories where art direction sells the product and a consistent visual DNA pays off. We also take on image-led D2C brands in nearby categories, such as fragrance and home.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, agencies use us as a production partner for fashion and lifestyle clients, either credited or white-label. We can work from your creative direction or build a visual DNA board for your client. A Custom plan lets you run several brands under one agreement and one invoice.
Do you also shoot live action?
No, everything we make is produced with AI and finished by hand in post. If your project needs real people on a real set, such as a founder interview or event coverage, a camera crew is the better choice. We can share your visual DNA board with that crew so both kinds of content match.
